Nega Hooter---DWD

The face of evil...in a most unlikely form.

You're looking at the Negaverse version of J. Gander Hooter, director of S.H.U.S.H. This is partly inspired by
's story, "Path Of Consequence", but
I'd been planning on doing a thing like this anyway.
Would you believe this is my first drawing ever of
Hooter?

Since Negaduck, Darkwing's opposite, is dressed different
it seemed only right for 'Nega-Hooter' to wear dark and
somber colors rather than the brown suit sported by
his more benevolent opposite. I also wanted to go for
a coldly cruel expression to further distinguish the character. Definitely not the loveable S.H.U.S.H.
director Darkwing would work for!
